Angela Prider is a Spiritual Teacher, Animist healer, and Somatic Counsellor based in Vancouver, BC. She has been leading transformational gatherings around the world for 25 years supporting thousands of people to find spiritual resilience and Ancestral connection through a unique weaving of global earth medicine (shamanism) and neuropsychology. As the creatress of The Essential Revolution, (since 2006) a 12-month journey of return to the deep self, she teaches a spiritual way of living based in animism, plant spirit medicine, somatic practice and ancestral remembering. She also offers 1:1 sessions, Somatic Psychedelic Integration, retreats and Souledelic circles.
Angela has been a guest speaker at Simon Fraser University, the Canadian Society of Addiction Medicine, and the Spirit Plant Medicine Conference at the University of British Columbia.

This highly-attuned, spacious container is for those of you who need healing, who feel spiritually unmoored or restless to expand. The monthly container. How it works: Weekly 75 minute 1:1 sessions held online. 6-day-a-week voice messaging access for real-time wisdom, support, and accountability. 1 month minimum commitment (3+ months for deeper integration recommended).
What’s Included:
Sessions: A blend of somatic counselling, spiritual healing, optional microdosing, guided journeywork, breathwork, and ritual.
Between sessions: Ongoing support with personalized energy practices, rituals, visualizations, handouts, or practices to create momentum and accountability while deepening integration.
