Winter Solstice Ceremony, Ritual, and Meditative Inner Light Activation

Winter Solstice is a beautiful ending and potent beginning on the spiral. We spin our way through deepening into the nourishing darkness to gather wisdom, to source the light from within, to touch the You that exists beyond your name, your body, your wins or regrets: the You that is true and eternal.

Our Process:

♥ Attune to your inner Altar of Being through shamanic drum journey and deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra integration practice

♥ Clarify your mission for Being and vision into your authentic qualities of Being

♥ Feel what the coming year on the spiral is asking of you

♥ Create or re-enliven a personal winter altar in honor of the insights and guidance that comes through (if you’re traveling through the season, we’ll create a visual altar).

♥ Offer what you are wanting to surrender to the fertile darkness and attend to what might most nourish you through winter’s passage

Your altar becomes a companion through the long season, a living reminder of your connection to the cyclical nature of being.

This way of practice creates a strong intentional imprint in the Field.

This process is a sacred Soul Activation, a deeply regenerative practice, and a remembrance of the infinite possibilities that come alive when walking the path alongside the guidance of Spirit.
