A guided breathwork & energy healing meditation to align with your infinite nature.
Breathwork is a way to connect with our infinite nature. This session guides you through a circular breathing technique that plugs you into your life force, and true self. Breathwork can help to excavate emtional and energetic clutter, and lead us to the clarity of our infinite selves, which is how we tap into our own limitlessness. This is manifesting not from Ego but from Source.
What to expect from this session:
This time is for you, to land in your body, and explore the way your breath is a bridge between your body, spirit & Life around you.
Prepare by being in a quiet space in your home. This guided session is accompanied by music and you’ll be breathing for about 45 minutes, with 10 minutes at the beginning to learn the technique, and 10 minutes at the end for reflections and questions.
We’ll be doing a type of breathwork called circular breathing. With this technique, we connect the inhale into the exhale, breathing continuously through an open mouth the entire time.
In this session, we’ll be connecting with your higher guidance and inviting this loving presence into any places that need it in your life, relationships, body, and work.
I’ll demonstrate the technique and intuitively guide you through the meditation.
If there’s anything coming up in your life that you’d like support around, emotionally or otherwise, please consider any intentions you’d like to bring to the session as it can be extra potent to bring an intention. And then see where your own body and spirit guide you.
Every group brings a unique energy and experience. When we gather in community, even online, we become witnesses to one another’s highest possibilities.
Protocols
Try not to eat a big meal right beforehand or drink caffeine. Highly recommend no alcohol for 24 hours before.
Wear comfy clothes and layers. People tend to get either cold or really warm up during the practice.
Be in a space where you can lay down. You may want to have a pillow, blanket, water bottle, and journal.

Key considerations
While breathwork is an incredibly supportive practice for many, this particular style of breathwork may not be ideal for those who are pregnant, have significant mental health challenges, heart or respiratory conditions.
