I believe every single one of us is here to be of service to the world.
For me, certainly, my vocation has always been about service. I told myself when I was 18 years old that I just wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Of course, back then, I had absolutely no way of knowing how I would do that. I was a high school dropout who had just hit rock bottom and spent months in a catatonic state.
I was raised on the other side of the tracks, in the poorest postal code in Canada, surrounded by crime, violence, and addictions. Immersed in that environment, I was doing drugs when I was 12 years old, and I dropped out of high school and left home when I was 14. By 18, I had hit rock bottom, living with anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, and suicidal thoughts.
I did everything the doctors told me to do to get better, but I just kept getting worse and worse.
It was only after a failed suicide attempt that my journey really began.
That was over 30 years ago, and I started to get curious: why do some people thrive and others not?
I wanted to understand why I made the choices I did, how I ended up where I was, and, more importantly, how to heal my past- not just to start living, but really thrive and create a life that was quite extraordinary.
So I spent a decade in school. I’m a physiologist and a Doctor of Chiropractic. I studied incredibly hard, graduating with clinical honours, not because I was a great student, but because I truly had a passion for understanding how the body works, the processes of illness and disease, and how we can increase our levels of health and well-being.
Then I started diving into quantum physics and connecting that with neuroscience and cell biology, and that’s whereen I finally gothad my answers.
I want to help you understand how you’re put together, how you’re wired, because I believe that if people ultimately knew how potent and powerful they were, from the inside out, they would make incredibly different choices.

You see, the universe is perfect. I never question if the sun will rise tomorrow; there’s a universal intelligence at play, and I don’t question it.
That same intelligence in the universe lives within your body, in your nervous system.
To help you understand the magnitude of your nervous system, there are about 100 trillion cells within this mind-body temple, and the human nervous system powers all those cells. It perfectly synchronizes and coordinates over 100,000 chemical reactions for every cell, every second.
You are embedded with that technology, whether you want to call it electrical impulses, intelligence or life force.
If you take the best doctors, the best scientists, the best minds that have ever walked the face of the planet, put them in a room and ask them to create some cells in a petri dish, they can’t. Not with all the facts, science and wisdom accumulated in all of human history.
Yet your nervous system took you from two cells inside your mother’s body to 100 trillion cells in 40 weeks.
That intelligence that took you from two cells to 100 trillion never abandoned you when you were born. The greatest technology on the planet stayed with you, and if you cultivate and nurture it, you will live an extraordinary life.
The problem is that we’re never actually taught how to cultivate and nurture this intelligence, unless we get a tap on the shoulder and have a health crisis, a challenge, or the crisis of a loved one.
This beautiful life is all about evolution, growth, biodiversity, and bioadaptability; that’s what your nervous system is built for. And if you’re not on that path, your system is going to speak to you.
When I hit my rock bottom, I wasn’t listening to my inner intelligence. It was telling me that I wasn’t growing, I wasn’t evolving, so it literally had to bring me to my knees to wake me up. Of course, it’s easier to see it now, but I would not have lived the last 30 years had I not hit rock bottom, so for me, my crisis was the greatest gift.
In my work, I’m often a last resort guy. People visit me when they have incurable diseases or chronic illnesses, when all other healthcare practitioners have failed them.
And in my over 25 years of clinical experience, seeing real people with real aches and pains, I realized that not only could we create more nervous system coherence within their nervous system to move them to the healthier side of the spectrum, so that the aches, pain, and symptoms go away. That’s not when the journey ends- it’s where it begins.
The same way you can get rid of sickness and disease to create more health and vitality, you can consciously create everything you want in your relationships, your business, your finances and all areas of life.
What would emerge innately and deep from within you if all the clouds, all the armour, all the distractions were gone?
When you start cultivating and nurturing your nervous system, there’s a greater electrical flow, there’s more life force, more intelligence, and what starts to emerge is the essence of who you are.
You’re unique. There is this beautiful song deep within you that no one else can sing. And your time here and your purpose is to sing that verse with the world, whatever that is.
Believe me, consciously creating the identity you’re moving towards is going to be one of the most rewarding things you could possibly do in your entire life. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people really tap into the limitless potential of their nervous system, regardless of where you are on that health, wellness and disease spectrum today.
