Ready to activate your next level of success?
The Business Activation is a six-month business accelerator for entrepreneurs and creatives who are ready to get clear on, and expand into, their next level of success.
The Business Activation offers deep group and one-to-one business guidance on three key levels, as follows:
- You’ll receive one-to-one business coaching and strategic guidance. I’ll work with you to audit all aspects of your business and marketing, and support you in putting a roadmap in place, to get you where you are ready to go. This experience begins with two 90 minute private strategy sessions, and then moves into monthly 90 minute private strategy sessions, with unlimited email and What’s App support.
- You’ll receive personal guidance and energetic support to expand through any fears or blocks that have tripped you up in the past. Every month, you’ll experience a two-hour guided energetic session, with breathwork and/or visualization techniques, to align you with the Higher support that’s available to you.
- You’ll become part of a powerful, high-level group mastermind of entrepreneurs and experts, bringing everyone new opportunities to partner and collaborate in mutually expansive ways. You’ll receive a Monthly Mastermind session to support business ideation and collaboration as well as opportunities to connect between sessions, to deepen relationships, including at least one live retreat day together in Vancouver.
We’ll begin by setting up a series of one-to-one business coaching and strategy sessions, to help you get clear on where you want to take your business, and, with my support, the best pathways to getting there. Together, we’ll activate a new strategic plan for your business and put powerful marketing structures in place to support sustainability. Each month includes three touchpoints. You’ll receive personal support via a 1:1 strategy session, group inspiration via the group teaching & mastermind, and energetic expansion via guided breathwork and energetic journeys to help you align with your next level, on all levels.
What’s included in the Business Activation?
- We'll begin with a series of private one-to-one coaching and strategy sessions to dive deep into the state of your business, and to identify what the next level of success and impact means for you. With my support, we'll create and implement a strategic roadmap that will usher you into your next level of success.
- Monthly private one-to-one coaching and strategy session, where I'll be available to help you expand through any challenges and opportunities that arise as you implement your new strategic roadmap. I'll be here to help you with practical aspects such as your brand messaging, marketing systems, and setting up partnership opportunities as well as personal aspects like navigating fear and self doubt.
- Monthly group breathwork mastermind sessions to support energetic alignment and expansion. These sessions are designed to help you align with the possibilities available to you and to re-wire into your future self, coupled with powerful masterminding to facilitate group connections and collaborations.
- Monthly group teaching mastermind sessions where I'll share a teaching topic, and offer hotseats and group workshopping. Based on the shared priorities of the group, teaching topics may include: Strengthening your brand messaging, setting up stronger sales systems, leveraging PR to expand your business, going viral on social media, and more. - Branding/Online Presence Audit. We'll do a deep dive of your brand presence, and you'll learn how to maximize your branding, messaging, and online presence.
- How to create a simple and effective sales system that you can begin to implement immediately. You'll learn how to create lead magnets, funnels, launch strategies, and integrate your sales across all of your marketing for a powerful customer journey.
- Partnerships + PR. You'll learn how to do your own PR and create partnerships to expand your reach. This will become part of your ongoing business strategy.
- You'll become part of a truly life-changing mastermind. You'll be getting to your next level in community, receiving the valuable insights, support, and potentially even collaborating with, a powerful group of business leaders and creatives.
- Business templates + resources to make it easy. You'll get access to any templates, resources or introductions you need.
- Ongoing accountability sessions ensure that if you encounter any barriers, or want some additional support or expertise, I'm available to you!

What I've learned from years in business - having launched The Social Agency, Head + Heart, and a breathwork business in the last 15 years- is that the only limitations to our success are the ones we believe. At the same time, every expansion, including the growth of a business, is an energetic shift. When we're ready to evolve, we need to receive support energetically, in community, and practically (i.e. a solid strategy). After years of being in corporate, it took took me a minute to realize how true this is. Now, I'm beyond excited to get to work with people as a business guide, in a whole new way. - Monthly private 90 minute Coaching & Strategy Sessions to support you in implementing your strategy with tactical and personal guidance.
- Monthly Teaching Mastermind, tailored to the group’s interests.
- Monthly guided Breathwork Mastermind sessions to help you re-wire old patterns and energetically align with your greatest possibilities.
