As a multi-passionate woman in arts, healing and business for over 15 years, I’ve done countless courses and mentorship work on branding, niching and business development. Many of these were amazing, and unfortunately many were not. But each experience gave me more clarity on me, my values, and my unique perspective of self-led leadership and embodied business.
Unfortunately, many of these traditional courses or perspectives made me feel limited rather than limitless. Like I was doing it wrong, which sparked the quiet shame of not following the “rules”. I may have felt inspiration with some concepts, but it was fleeting, rather than anchoring me into my truth and grounding my wisdom into embodied action. With each perspective from a leader in the industry, I grew and evolved myself and my business acumen, but I also outsourced my knowing to someone other than my own body wisdom, heart and values.
Traditional marketing tells us to pick ‘one thing’ to define our work
I once had a business coach tell me “you do too many things, just pick one thing and stick to it”. That statement opened my eyes in a whole new way. I know so many people believe that, but because it came from her, it landed differently and moved me into expansive transformation. I was actually grateful that she said it out loud because it gave me crystalline clarity in that moment that she was not the coach, woman, or business mentor for me anymore. Her perspective worked for her because that is what she was and wanted to train others on. To be one dimensional, focussed, all-in, flat. But I felt myself as a multipassionate, multidimensional woman who lived in the full spectrum of colour and wisdom! A woman who embraced herself and her passions as a frequency of wholeness, richness and embodied joy! A woman who thus no longer believed in niching down and limiting myself, but the opposite; embracing ALL of who I was in reverence and with respect.
Perhaps you are, or have been here too… a reckoning moment in time when the world of business, branding, and even culture or spirituality asks you to define yourselves in ever-smaller containers. To focus on only one avatar. One thing. One niche of a specialized, suitable, boxed in deliverable.
But here’s my truth….and I truly don’t think you need a permission slip, but maybe you need a reminder for your mind, body and soul that you are so much more than what the world wants you to believe.
In Multidimensional Leadership, you don’t need a niche. You ARE your niche.
When I say that, I am not speaking about marketing. I am speaking about essence. About the Truth (with a capital T) that your life, your embodiment, your nervous system, and your lived integration are already the organizing principle of your work. You can be All of Who You Are. You don’t have to limit yourself, your passions or your wisdom. You can know that you are a unique universe of understanding, and are truly infinite in your ripple of impact, and the ways in which you transform and affect the world.
A learning on my path is I’ve always had a hard time defining my “title” on my business card because nothing truly felt vast enough about how I share myself, my wisdom, and my work in the world. Transformation Facilitator, yes, Holistic Healing Practitioner, sure. But I’m so much more than all of that. Now, I call myself the Multidimensional Mentor because I weave the threads of mind-body-soul consciousness with the gnosis of divine feminine and masculine energetics, alchemy and full spectrum living. I want women to remember they can live in full colour! To be their vast, whole, holy self, and to embrace the rich colours of wisdom that they hold, and emanate out in their vibrational field. Frequency and embodiment first, everything else is secondary.
Your modalities don’t define your work, your essence does.
The modalities I offer do not define me; they orbit within me like a planet in my constellation of light. They are expressions of a deeper coherence, one rooted in wholeness, self-trust, light leadership and embodied wisdom. My work has never been about perfecting a method. It has always been about inhabiting the body so fully that inner truth becomes unmistakable and leadership arises naturally from within.
This is why I refuse the paradigm that asks women to fragment themselves in order to be understood. I will not amputate parts of myself for clarity, nor ask other women to do the same. Wholeness comes before strategy. Authenticity before image. Integration comes before articulation. When a woman allows herself to be full-spectrum: mystical and grounded, somatic and visionary, devotional and discerning, holy and human – she no longer needs to perform coherence. She iscoherent. Her living vibration is about being more fully here, in the body, in truth, in sovereignty, and in her unique soul’s blueprint.
Ultimately, when someone works with me in my role as a mentor, they are not choosing a modality, they are choosing a frequency. An initiation. A return to inner authority.
I believe this is the future of conscious leadership: multidimensional, full spectrum, embodied, and love-led. And this is what I mean when I say you are your niche.
For many women, especially those who are intuitive, creative, embodied, and soul-led, traditional business niching creates a dissonance in the field and a fracture internally and externally.
I was told I was ‘too much’ and then I embraced my multidimensional leadership
I speak from experience here! Because, over the years, I have trained in somatic work, energetic medicine, ritual, sacred movement, Kundali Dance, Akashic Records, intuitive guidance, frequency technologies, light language, leadership mentoring, and even more. Each modality arrived at the perfect time. I wasn’t curating a portfolio for business. Each modality has become a vibrant thread of colour that’s woven perfectly into my life and my business. None of them replaced the others. None of them invalidated what came before. They wove together as the art and the tapestry of Me and my I AM Presence. My full spectrum self.
From the outside, traditional marketing language might call this “too much” or “hard to explain.” From the inside, it feels grounded, and deeply true. Because the through-line was never the modality. The through-line was Me. Different doorways of innerstanding. One living temple of inner wisdom.
There is a quiet shame of the Multi-Passionate Woman. Many of the women who find their way to my work carry a familiar tension. They are deeply capable. Highly intuitive. Rich in experience. They have walked many paths, studied many teachings, lived many initiations. And yet somewhere along the way, they were taught subtly or overtly, that this range was a liability to their life. That they should “pick one thing.” That their depth was confusing to their audience, that their evolution made them hard to trust.
So they begin editing themselves. They tuck away parts of their wisdom to sound clearer. They downplay experiences that don’t fit the current narrative. They exile entire seasons of their becoming in order to appear coherent.
But we know that coherence does not come from reduction. It comes from integration. From our own loving acceptance, compassion and self-trust of all that was and all that is.
Embracing your multidimensional leadership
This is the quiet revolution beneath my work. My invitation to you? Let yourself be whole. If you are multi-passionate, layered, cyclical, and ever-evolving, you are likely ahead of a world that is only just beginning to remember that humans are not linear systems. Burn those boxes down if it feels liberating!
You get to let your work be all of who you are. Your presence in that, is what is powerful.
