seven days of livestream meditations

7 Days of (Mostly FREE) Livestream Meditations

Co-written by Lana Tillis + Monica Krake

Tired of solo meditations at home? Want that transmission feeling you get when you’re meditating in a group? We feel ya. Meditating in a group is just better. With social distancing still in place these days, the next best thing is joining a livestream meditation.

Here is a calendar of weekly online satsangs (live meditations) to carry you through this week, and bring you into the New Year to your most blissful transcendental state. Or at least a little better than you felt before.

*All times are listed in PST.
