If you live in Portland, I’m a little jealous. There are so many beautiful places to practice mindfulness meditation, so many very diverse yoga studios (Happy Hour is offered at more than one location, what?), and such a great wealth of teachers available (Caverly Morgan! Ashley Dahl!).
