2019 Intention Setting

2019 Intention Setting: Go!

If you find yourself reflecting on the past year and ready to do some intention setting for the year ahead, we’d like to help.

We’re officially in intention setting mode around here and would like to share the following Year End Inquiry from SF based coach, Marcilie Smith Boyle (pasted below), a powerful exercise to help you find clarity around what you’ve learned this past year and identify what all you want to bring with you into 2019.

As an addition to this intention setting exercise, you might want to create a detailed outline (maybe even with a timeline!) describing what you want your life to look like in 2019- physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The more detailed, the better.  This podcast tells you how to do this!

And we’d also recommend listening to this talk by Tara Bracht, which speaks about how to be super honest about what your intentions actually are.

Have fun with your intention setting process; it’s time to dream big.

Please think about all of the ups (joys, wins, celebrations), and all of the downs (disappointments, failures, losses) you experienced in 2018 and make a list of both.

Make a 3rd list to include the learning from these events that you want to be sure to bring with you with purpose into 2019. For many of you, this has been a big year.

Take some time to sit down with your calendar, your journal, your photo album, phone or computer, and glean your resources for all that has happened over the past 12 months.

Sit quietly with this and think about what you learned and want to bring with you to 2019.

Complete these phrases:

“2018 was the year of ___________.”

“2019 will be the year of ___________.”
And, as you plan your time, we’d like to point you to these awesome spiritual and wellness community gatherings, these beautiful spiritual and wellness retreats, and these workshops. Take some time to explore our calendar to discover what’s coming up – and let us know what you try – we’d love to hear from you!

Our 2019 intention? To support your journey from the head to the heart!
