Monica launched H+H in 2018 with a mission to help people find great wellness support. Her favorite part of growing this website has been getting to connect with so many genuinely inspiring people while fueling her own curiosity about the magic of being human. With a background in marketing (she co-runs a marketing agency called The Social Agency in Vancouver) and non-profit work, Head + Heart brings together her two great passions: spreading the word about great things + lifting people up.
