February begins strong with the Full Moon in Leo and the cross quarter day of Imbolc. The season of renewal and Spring is now emerging!

This season begins our Eclipse season and our first Mercury Retrograde, bringing us into a time of review, reassessment, rest and course correction. This is a powerful time to tune inward, and explore where we have come from and where we are going.

This month we start a New Lunar New Year as we move into the Year of the Fire Horse, a powerful activator to propel us forward with purpose and passion.

The energy will carry some heat this month so making self care a priority as we move through this activating time. Listening to what will best support our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Prioritize simple reminders to stay present. Drinking water to stay hydrated, resting when we need to, moving our bodies to shake out any stagnation, stilling the mind when it becomes overactive, deepening our breathing to bring us back to center and spending time in nature to keep us grounded.

February 1st/2nd | Imbolc, the first rite of Spring

Imbolc arrives at the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. Imbolc, meaning in the belly of the mother, is a time of hope, promise of new life and a reverence of the increasing light as the earth begins to awaken from her hibernation moving towards Spring.

This is a great time to reflect on the winter months that we are emerging from, and the wisdom that we have gained in this season of stillness. Honoring the challenges, growth, opportunities and gifts that rise from the dark.


This gateway invites to be in this time of change, one foot in winter and one in spring. Honoring the death and the rebirth, the completion and the beginning all as an equal part of the cycle. A calling forward of what is ready to emerge, and attuning to what seeds we are wanting to plant and nurture.

February 10th | Venus moves into Pisces

Venus is exalted in soulful Pisces, a place of deep feeling, resonance and magic. Connected to the intricacies of the multidimensional realms, Venus in Pisces invites us to expand beyond what is tangible.
This dreamy placement leads us with compassion, and with the beauty that exists within and all around us.
We may notice that our dreams are more vivid, and our desire to connect in deeper ways is enhanced along with the desire to listen and trust what is coming through our divine channel. This is a time to invite ourselves be guided, to expand and be open to receive all that is here in these expanded states. Remembering our interconnection with all beings and all of life. Letting love guide us back home.

February 13th | Friday the 13th

While Friday the 13th is not an astrologically aligned day, this auspicious day of the Goddess is worth celebrating for the reclamation of our ancient remembrance and a calling back of the forgotten stories and power of the Divine Feminine.  In its origins, Friday was long connected to the Nordic Goddess of fertility, Freya, as an embodiment of Venus. In Spanish, Viernes and French, Vendredi also points to this connection to Venus.

The number Thirteen, was feared and made unlucky for thousands of years when in truth it carried much power as a number connected to the Goddess Mysteries, the Lunar Cycle and a women’s own menstrual cycle. 13 weeks for each of the seasons of the Year, 13 tones in the Mayan Calendar, 13 revolutions of Venus’s orbit as she moves through her 8 year cycle, 13 women in a coven, 13 moons per year.

Each time we remember this innate wisdom that lives with us, we support the restoration of the divine feminine energy on the planet. Moving through the veils, collective wounds and conditioning to come back into rhythm with these natural cycles within us and all around us. Remembering and reclaiming all the parts of ourselves so we can fully show up empowered and embodied here and now to create a liberated future together for ourselves, for each other, for all women and all beings.

February 17th | New Moon and Solar Eclipse at 28° Aquarius, 4am PST

This New Moon is supercharged as it is also a Solar Eclipse and initiates the start of the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Fire Horse.

The Solar Eclipse is the first of two Eclipses, with the Lunar Eclipse occurring on March 3rd. Eclipses come in pairs and create a powerful time of activation and initiation, showing us what may no longer be in alignment, so we can course correct back to our souls path.

Eclipse portals have the potential to be vast gateways for deep transformation, asking us to trust and surrender onto the path that is unfolding with courage and presence so we can continue to show up fully and authentically with all that arises. At this New Moon in Aquarius, we celebrate Lunar Imbolc, and plant our seeds for this next moon cycle as well as the seasonal cycle of the Wheel of the Year.

Aquarius, The Water Bearer and the great Visionary and Cosmic Liberator of the zodiac, invites us to be our unique, authentic selves. To think outside the box, be innovative to support our communities and humanity as a whole. Often called a rebel at heart, Aquarius is here to show us how to liberate ourselves body, mind and soul.

This New Moon marks the start of the New Lunar Year, celebrated on the second new moon after the Winter Solstice. Aligned with the Chinese New Year it marks the transition into the Year of the Fire Horse from the Wood Snake.

This is an extra liberating time, as the Horse is known for strength, power and freedom. The element of Fire brings passion, enthusiasm, and is dynamic. Together these qualities invite a year of unbridled potential. This may require extra groundedness and discipline to keep steady with the full power of this energy. Remembering that we get to set the pace that works for us, regardless of what is happening around us. This year has the ability to be a catalyst in many ways as we step deeper into our inner authority and allow that to lead the way.

February 18th | Sun enters Pisces at 7:52am

Today the Sun moves into the Pisces, the last sign of the Astrological Wheel. Connected to Archetypes of the Mystic, the Dreamer and the Old Soul, Pisces shows us how to go with the flow, be receptive, adaptable and trust in the unfolding of life.

Where the liminal becomes more present, the subtleties more pronounced and our intuitive and psychic abilities more switched on. Inviting us to stretch beyond our physicality to expand our consciousness and attune to our multidimensional soul essence.

Pisces in its highest state teaches us to embrace our emotions like the ebbs and flows of the ocean. Guiding us to learn how to float and flow with the current instead of being taken out by the waves. Showing us that our sensitivity can be a gift instead of a burden when we can allow ourselves to feel the magic and magnitude that life can be experienced as. As the last sign of the Zodiac, Pisces helps us to see beyond the tangible into the realms of possibility. Expanding our consciousness to receive the magic that is beyond our wildest dreams when we are open to it.

February 25th | Mercury Retrograde at 22° Pisces

Our first Mercury Retrograde of 2026 initiates within our first Eclipse Portal between the Solar and Lunar Eclipses on February 25th.

Mercury rules communication, information, technology and how we learn, process and understand this world. This is why communication can sometimes feel easily misunderstood during this time. Calling us to be extra vigilant and aware of sharing our thoughts and feelings with clarity and compassion at this time, leaving less room for misinterpretation.

Despite all the hype or fear that can be associated with this time, Mercury has a sweet spot that reminds us to turn inward, slow down, reassess and allow for a rest and reset before continuing in a forward motion. This Mercury Retrograde moves through Pisces bringing an enhancement of our intuition and attunement to our psychic capabilities. We may notice synchronicities and people surfacing from our past.  Offering us new opportunities as well as bringing closure to cycles ready for completion.

Retrograde phases can inspire us to remember what is really important & to reflect on the choices, changes and refinements that are necessary to move forward for the highest good of ourselves and humanity.

In summary, this is a powerful month of initiation and transformation. Cycles ending as other ones begin. Calling us to root deeper so we can rise higher.
