Dance Temple Salt Spring Island

At Dance Temple there is an opening and closing and the music guides the rest of the journey.
A held and sacred space to freely express yourself through movement.
Guided by a wise woman collective of five experienced facilitators with occasional guests, this space is steeped in deep presence and expansive joy.

March 19th, one of our core facilitators Lila will guide the journey as we move through the threshold of the Spring Equinox. Come and celebrate this time of rebirth and renewal with us!

What to Expect

Natural intoxicant of dance only. Drug and alcohol free.
Opening and closing circle to create group intention, connection and sharing.
Minimal facilitation. You are free to move as you wish.
No dance training or experience necessary.
Enjoy your own personal dance or spark up creative movement with others. It’s your choice.
Bring a water bottle.
Bare feet or dance shoes.
Comfortable clothing for movement.
Be prepared to sweat.
