 nDance Temple Salt Spring is a weekly Ecstatic Dance offering that has bee
 n happening for almost 16 years on Salt Spring. From this humble beginning
 \, many other Dance Temples across Vancouver Island\, the Gulf Island and 
 beyond have joined the movement.\n\nAt Dance Temple there is an opening an
 d closing and the music guides the rest of the journey.\nA held and sacred
  space to freely express yourself through movement.\nGuided by a wise woma
 n collective of five experienced facilitators with occasional guests\, thi
 s space is steeped in deep presence and expansive joy.\n\nApril 30th\, one
  of our core facilitators Lila will guide the journey as we move into the 
 height of Spring and the season of Beltane. Soaking in the beauty and abun
 dance of this time of blossoming.\n\nWhat to Expect\nConscious\, respectfu
 l and playful community of dancers.\nAn eclectic array of music to inspire
  and explore new ways to move your body.\n​Altar space for contemplation
 \, reflection and intention.\nNatural intoxicant of dance only. Drug and a
 lcohol free.\nOpening and closing circle to create group intention\, conne
 ction and sharing.\nMinimal facilitation. You are free to move as you wish
 .\nNo dance training or experience necessary.\nEnjoy your own personal dan
 ce or spark up creative movement with others. It's your choice.\nBring a w
 ater bottle.\nBare feet or dance shoes.\nComfortable clothing for movement
 .\nBe prepared to sweat.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
