The path I have walked for over 20 years has not been linear, it’s been a spiral – a spiral of remembering, revisiting, and becoming again and again. Along this path, I have learned that true transformation arises from within, but connects to it all. I call this the path to the multidimensional self, the cyclical, sensory, devotional, and deeply access to our embodied wisdom, on all levels.

Accessing the multidimensional self begins in the body, because our body is a living library of wisdom, holding the intelligence of our biology, our emotions, our nervous system, and our spirit. It is a trusted teacher, friend and guide, that continually invites us back to our presence, power, and inner alignment. When we honour our bodies, cultivate rituals of care and devotion, and open our sensory perception to the vast intelligence of life, we dance into a deeper awareness of who we are and how we can co-create with the world around us. When it comes down to it, there are three key ways to access this multidimensional state of being. Read on to discover.

1. Know your Body as a Wise Ally

The body is a living library of wisdom. Our biology carries an innate rhythm, instinct and cycle of regeneration and potential. Our chemistry responds to our nourishment, emotion, breath, and environment. Our psychology shapes how we perceive, interpret, and relate to our inner and outer ecology. All these systems of the body, are in constant conversation with each other and they shape how we feel, how we heal, and how we live in both our potency and our potential.

Our bodies are also energy fields of signal, frequency, and coherence, continuously transmitting and receiving information through light, sound, movement, intention, prayer, and relationship. Our nervous system, heart field, and sensory awareness are portals of perception that allow us to attune to the greater intelligence of life itself. Spirit is not separate from the body, but expressed through it, as a channel of presence, consciousness, and lived experience.

When we honour the body as a multidimensional system of intelligence we can remember ourselves as already whole, worthy and wise. Thus, rather than thinking we need to fix something or override a part of ourselves, which is in fact an innate intelligence, healing and transformation becomes a loving act of soulful remembering and deep inner alignment.

Our body is constantly communicating to us through sensation, impulse, emotion, and subtle energy. When we learn to lovingly listen rather than analyze, our body becomes a trusted guide and ally rather than a mystery or problem to solve.

Being present to our somatic intelligence is the first step in accessing our full spectrum, multidimensional selves. Practices such as intuitive movement and kundalini dance help us learn to listen with compassion and openness, and then allow movement to arise organically rather than directing it from the mind.

By feeling our body as a co-creative wise ally, we continually cultivate safety within the nervous system and restore a sense of self-trust and freedom. The more we build and deepen the relationship with our body as wise, the less we need to strive or outsource our power or wisdom to others.

2. Create Embodiment Rituals

Ritual is a living conversation with life. But it is not about perfection or consistency in the way we are often taught. It is not about rigidity or even discipline. True ritual feels devotional. It is attuning ourselves to listen beyond our five senses, to hear beyond our ears. To be in a co-creative, responsive, nourishing relationship to life. To know that our part is valuable and matters. To feel reverence and respect through acts of care and honour.

Rituals give us the gift of meeting ourselves where we are in the present moment and they also invite us into deeper intimacy with how we co-create with life.

Embodied rituals can be simple and profound. They can feel magical and also sometimes a bit mundane. They can feel necessary and yet deeply attuned to how divinity moves through us in organic ways.

Some of my favourite rituals are very simple. For example, I begin each day by anchoring and expanding a prayer of gratitude for my breath, my body, my heart and for being alive. I anchor into my personal values, and call on the vibrations that I wish to co-create with in my day. I feel these vibrations expand my energy body and energetically lead my day with intentional light before my feet hit the floor every morning. This is a simple five minute daily practice that helps to anchor me into my multidimensional self.

I tend to weave many similar rituals into my day-to-day. For example, I bless my water with loving thoughts before I drink, I say “thank you” to my body and ask it to digest my food with ease, and receive its nourishment. I commune with and thank the plants or animals I ingest, and send a prayer of gratitude to the many hands who supported it along the way.

Ultimately, the more we can feel our life as a living ceremony, the more we can attune to, and share the vibration of love, which is the highest expression of multidimensional living. There are infinite ways to create rituals in everyday life. And as we live devotionally, this level of self care and harmony in the world becomes deeply intuitive. We listen to the body’s needs and rhythms. We cultivate peace in the mind, and we move through our inner and outer world with loving intention, knowing that the care we cultivate within, can then naturally ripple out to the world around us, tending and nourishing our relationship to others, to life and to co-creating a more harmonious experience for all. Rituals of embodiment then become the expression of the multidimensional self.

3. Opening & Sensing The Greater Field

We often forget that we are multidimensional, sensory beings living in an expansive, intelligent universe. When we loose touch with this truth, our perception narrows, and the mind can become overly focused inward, limited, and even closed. But when our inner and outer perception opens, we remember that we exist within a vast co-creative field of light and of life.

We are in fact connected to it all. The earth, the four elements, the prismatic light of colour, code and vibration, and the cosmos are not separate from us. They are in constant dialogue with our bodies and our levels of consciousness. Through intuitive movement practices such Kundalini Dance, and vibrational healing technologies such as Mayan Light Language, can deepen the connection we have to the greater dance of life itself and the support of the universe.

As we open our sensory perception to living within the intelligence of life, we can feel more supported, held and even valued. This life becomes a gift we are given every day. And we can feel less alone because we remember we exist within and connect to the blueprint of divine design itself. Whether you call it source, god, creation, or divinity, your soul came here to earth to remember and embody your unique way and your mission of understanding and contributing.

Life is always giving us the opportunity to cultivate our multidimensional awareness and sensory perception in so many delightful and co-creative ways. The more that we can remain connected to our body as an ally, anchored in ritual, and attuned to the greater field, this is when we shift from know about to living our multidimensional selves, the state of greatest freedom available.

There are many incredible, informative and delightful ways our soul and body communicate with us and tune us into the field of intelligence within, and all around. Allowing ourselves to be open and receptive is key, and to have a sense of playfulness and even awe and wonder can be extra supportive as we continue to discover and align to our vast and unique living library of embodied wisdom.

Remember that you are a living vessel of prismatic, vibrational light, co-creating with the divine intelligence of life. Hone your unique intuitive gifts and skills as much as you desire, and know that as you do, life can become even more magical and fulfilling!
