About

Tania is a modern sorceress and creatrix with many passions, having spent her life exploring a wide range of paths and expressions.

Now, in this chapter of her life, she has connected deeply with her role as a movement teacher and guide—one that weaves together art, music, and embodied practice to bridge the worlds of ancient nature and modern humanity.

As a Dance as Medicine guide and DJ, my work is in collaboration with Spirit, using music, nature, and conscious movement to lift the collective field and support the remembrance of why we are here.

As an integrative bodyworker and intuitive healer, she holds a safe, comforting space to relax, release and recalibrate. Her signature Integrative Restorative Sessions meld somatic movement, Thai massage, and sound healing, to create a balanced and grounding healing experience.

Tania brings a calm, grounding presence paired with a sense of playfulness and curiosity that invites freedom of expression. She has a deep connection to music, creating intentional journeys through sound. She has an openness to nature and Spirit, offering that connection as an invitation for those who resonate.

Core Offerings

  • Somatic movement is a safe, gentle and highly efficient practice appropriate for any fitness level. It is effective for reducing the physical effects of day-to-day work and can ease symptoms from past injuries and chronic tension. The slow, mindful nature of the exercises allows your nervous system to connect more effectively with your muscles. This “resets” the muscles and allows them to return to a more relaxed state, while strengthening your body awareness. Somatic exercises can relieve pain and tension, prevent injuries and degeneration, and improve posture and mobility at any age. Each class we will include restorative yoga poses to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage further muscle and fascia release throughout the body. This class is designed to help you relax and replenish your mind and body with a calming, slow pace. Drop-in's welcome.
  • Dance As Medicine™ (DAM), developed by Milèna May, is a powerful, joyful and transformative practice of conscious movement. It is designed to guide you gently into fully embracing your body, experiencing your emotions, expanding your breath, and unlocking forgotten areas of the body. This practice can help re-pattern the brain, regulate the nervous system and reset stuck patterns in the muscles. With DAM, we work not with tension, but with density. What moves well, what doesn't? The dance is an ongoing practice of play, curiosity, and discovering what is waiting to be unwound and discovered in ourselves.
  • Offerings include Thai Massage, Restorative Bodywork, and Integrative Restorative Sessions which combine somatic movement, massage and sound healing for a truly unique, customized experience.
