Faye Mallett is a therapeutic sound practitioner who offers live group sound experiences and one-on-one therapeutic sound healing sessions designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied well-being. Her work integrates restorative sound, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and deep listening to create calm, supportive environments for rest, integration, and renewal.

With years of experience facilitating sound-based practices, Faye designs sessions that are intentionally paced and responsive, helping participants settle, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. Her approach emphasizes presence, safety, and coherence, allowing sound to support both relaxation and self-awareness.
