The Bowls is an invitation to pause, turn off all distractions, and tune into the deep resonance of sound healing instruments to balance the nervous system and recalibrate the mind and body. It’s the perfect opportunity to rest and reconnect with yourself. This experience is facilitated by candlelight in an infrared heated room.
