The meditations we do again + again.
Meditation means different things to all of us. From sitting in silence to prayer, to contemplation to communion with nature. Here are three guided meditations that I’ve been doing regularly for the last couple of years. These are the ones that I turn to again and again, as they’ve most helped to bring me to a place of inner grounding. And they’re pretty short, so I find myself turning to these in the middle of a hectic day, to connect back into my center.

This meditation comes from Will Pye, author of one of my fav books, The Gratitude Prescription. In this meditation, Will leads you through a gentle, heart-opening breath practice. This meditation is great a great way to remember your heart space, connect with your senses, and ultimately your intuition. I find this incredibly grounding and turn to this one regularly.

This meditation comes from non dual teacher, June Konopka. I LOVE this one. Maybe it’s her peaceful transmission, or the gravity of her wisdom coming through. This meditation is a great support for when your mind is racing, and you want to get some distance from overthinking. June helps you to drop into your body, release the overactive mind, and connect with your Higher Self.

This meditation comes from Ana Lilia, a certified breathwork teacher and intuitive healer whose teachings focus on breath as a pathway for transformation. I discovered Ana through the by-donation weekly breathwork gatherings she offers via Zoom on Saturdays and fell in love.
Enjoy! And if you’re looking for a meditation workshop, or to tap into a meditation community, be sure to explore our directory of wellness practitioners (each offers workshops and gatherings) and the upcoming wellness events over on our calendar.
