Head + Heart is looking for an exceptional Editorial + Digital Content Assistant to support the growth of our wellness community, and editorial platform.
This is a part-time contract role (approximately 20–30 hours per month to start) for someone who is both creative and highly organized: A strong writer, strategic thinker, and proactive executor who loves meaningful content, community building, and helping good people get seen.
You’ll play an important role in helping us expand our editorial presence, strengthen our SEO strategy, support our practitioner directory, and create content that inspires people to live more connected, aligned lives.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating, scheduling, and posting social media content
• Assisting with website updates and content management
• Writing and editing articles, community features, and editorial content
• Supporting and implementing SEO strategy across the platform
• Creating content hubs, internal linking strategies, and optimizing existing content
• Helping increase visibility for practitioners, teachers, wellness businesses, and experiences featured in our directory
• Supporting newsletter content and promotional campaigns
• Helping foster engagement and community across our digital channels
• Maintaining consistency and momentum across the Head + Heart ecosystem
We’re looking for someone who can take ideas and run with them. You’ll be provided with creative direction and big-picture strategy, and ideally, you’re a trusted collaborator who can execute at a high level, think proactively, and help move the platform forward.
Bonus if you have experience with:
• SEO and content strategy
• Editorial writing and digital publishing
• Wellness, travel, lifestyle, or conscious media
• WordPress and website management
• Email marketing and newsletters
• Community-driven brands and platforms
