The meditations are designed to fit into real life, making it easier to create a consistent practice that supports greater calm, clarity, and self-awareness.
Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to an existing practice, this journey offers a simple way to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself one day at a time.
The journey begins on May 31 and concludes with a live online gathering on June 15, where we’ll come together to celebrate the journey, share reflections, and meditate as a community.
