Hollyhock exists to inspire, nourish and support people who are making the world better. We offer 80+ programs and conferences each year to help you connect to self, nature, and community.

The Hollyhock campus rests in the traditional territories of the Klahoose, Tla’amin, Homalco Nations; on what is currently called Cortes Island. Before us, it transitioned from a place of gathering, to a pioneering homestead, to the site of an important human potential education centre. It is on this foundation that Hollyhock’s founders dreamed of creating a lifelong learning centre.

In 2006, Hollyhock became a not-for-profit organization so we could carry out our mission into the future. (See our Toward 2020 Strategic Plan). With your help we can sustain this thriving centre for leadership development and stewardship of the natural world. Today, we are committed to renewing our relationships with the First Nations peoples on whose territories we are guests. We have also expanded our offerings to other locations, including Vancouver, the Bay Area, and Alberta.
