About

As a child, my mother would take me on long walks with her along the sagebrush, and I would wonder about the plants and the medicine they held. I loved Indigenous culture and the reverence held for the sacredness of Nature and life. I suppose I was being gently guided towards these teachings all along. Education I later went on to study Biology and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria. I studied further and am now a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in Ayurvedic Medicine and Therapies, Meditation, Reflexology, Nutrition and Herbology. I am an active member of the National Association for Holistic Health Practitioners and currently practice at Isis Wellness Centre in South Surrey, BC. Dharma & Vision I have over 25 years of experience and knowledge in holistic medicine and practices, and am now ready to share all of that with you. I hope you will join me on this journey and together we can spread healing around the world.

Ayurvedic Consultation - 60 min
During your Ayurvedic Consultation, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your unique mind-body constitution and discover the underlying causes of imbalance affecting your health and well-being. Together, we'll explore your lifestyle, digestion, energy, sleep, and daily habits to uncover what your body truly needs. You'll leave with personalized recommendations for nutrition, herbs, daily routines, and self-care practices that are practical, sustainable, and designed to restore balance, enhance vitality, and help you feel more connected to your natural state of health.
Heaven on Earth Shirodhara Ceremony - 120 or 150 min
Let us take you on a #mindbodyspirit transformational journey. Heaven on Earth is a merging of decadent therapies including Ayurvedic Head Massage, Full-body Abhyanga followed by Shirodhara. Here you are transported through a blissful journey of deep relaxation, energy flow, and opening of the physical, mental and spiritual realms within you. Heaven on Earth encourages a deep remembering of wellness and peace allowing healing to enfold.
Chakra Healing Session 60 or 90 minutes
💠The Chakra Clearing Session creates an opening of the seven energy centres. You may need this session if you: • Feel a heavy energy that is making you feel stuck so you cannot move forward. It removes the heaviness so you can feel lighter. • Feel anxious and can’t shake it off. This session grounds you so you don’t have to feel so anxious and stressed. • Experience lower frequency emotions like shame, guilt and fear on a daily basis. When your chakras anre balanced, you can live in a state of of calm, peace, love and joy.
