Loretta Cella — HeartBreath™ Therapist, Coach & Breathwork Trainer
Loretta Cella works at the intersection of neuroscience, somatics, and the intelligence of the heart — helping high-functioning individuals, leaders, and those navigating burnout or life transitions move through what thinking alone hasn’t been able to shift.
She is the creator of HeartBreath™, a somatic breathwork methodology that weaves together conscious connected breath, heart coherence science, yoga nidra, and nervous system regulation. After 12 years as a professional coach, Loretta discovered breathwork as the missing piece — the body-based technology that could reach what even the most skilled coaching conversation couldn’t. She has been guiding breath for six years and training practitioners for four, developing a methodology that is as scientifically grounded as it is somatically alive.
Loretta holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and brings over two decades of experience in human services, transformational coaching, and trauma-informed practice. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a certified HeartMath® practitioner — bridging evidence-based methodology with the precision that only comes from years of doing the deep work.
Alongside her formal training, Loretta works with refined clair-sensory awareness — the ability to see, feel, and hear subtle patterns held in the body and energy field. This allows her to access the layers beneath the presenting issue and support clients in moving through patterns that cognitive approaches alone rarely reach.
She is the founder of Passion to Lead, a charity dedicated to developing conscious and resilient leaders, and the founder of BreathWorks Studio, a nature-infused wellness space in Squamish, BC. She is also the author of two books on healing, heart-led living, and self-leadership — including With Heart: Leading, Living, and Relating Through Coherence.
All of Loretta’s work is trauma-informed, deeply intuitive, and tailored to the person in front of her. Her aim is simple: to help you clear what’s in the way — and come home to who you actually are.
