About

Jennifer Kanyumwa knows what it costs to keep up in the corporate world. After more than 15 years navigating high-pressure environments and building and selling her own business, burnout didn’t just slow her down. It stopped her completely. What she found in that stillness was something she had actually been moving toward her whole life.

Jennifer has been on a conscious spiritual path for over 20 years, guided by teachers and mentors across many traditions. That journey began long before any certification, including time spent volunteering and traveling across seven countries in Africa, living in South Africa, and following her intuition through art, creativity, and deep self-exploration. It is the true foundation of her work.

Now as founder of Mujen Community, inspired by the Japanese word mugen meaning infinite possibilities, she brings all of it together as an intuitive guide helping others find their way back to themselves. She is a certified Usui Reiki Master, breathwork facilitator, meditation guide, and art coach, with a specialty in helping people regulate their nervous systems, release stored emotional tension, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. Her work weaves together Reiki for energetic balance, Conscious Connected Breathwork for deep emotional release, guided meditation for clarity, and intuitive mentorship for those ready to take real steps toward the life their soul has been calling them toward.

In any room, Jennifer brings a calm, attuned presence. She has a gift for reading what people need in the moment and creating the conditions for genuine rest, release, and reconnection. Whether you arrive carrying the weight of a full week or simply a quiet curiosity, you are met exactly where you are.

She offers private 1:1 sessions online and in-person in at Zen Active Therapy in Burnaby, BC and hosts group gatherings and events throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. 

Core Offerings

  • Your soul already knows the map. Sometimes you just need to get quiet enough to start listening and trust what you hear. These deeply personal sessions are not coaching. They are a guided return to yourself. Jennifer tunes into your energy intuitively and follows the thread of what wants to move, be heard, and be released. Each session weaves together channelled guided meditation received in real time, Reiki energy clearing, oracle card guidance, and heartwork practices to carry the journey into your daily life. No curriculum, no formula — intuitively designed for you and this moment. Whether you are feeling the quiet ache of a life that only uses part of you, a creativity or purpose that has been waiting, or simply a knowing that something needs to change, you are met exactly where you are. Three journey containers are available spanning three to six months, with a free Soul Clarity Call to begin.
  • Reiki is an ancient, non-invasive energy healing practice that channels universal life energy through the hands of the healer to clear blockages and restore the body's natural harmony. As a certified Usui Reiki Master, Jennifer works with your body's energetic system to promote deep relaxation, relieve stress held in the physical body, support emotional processing, and encourage healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Many clients report a deep sense of warmth, peace, and emotional release during sessions, leaving with greater clarity and a noticeable reduction in tension and anxiety. Sessions are available both in-person in Burnaby and online via Zoom. Distance Reiki is equally effective — the energy transcends physical location and is tailored to your specific needs, whether you are recovering from stress, illness, grief, surgery, or simply seeking to restore a sense of inner balance. Reiki for pets is also available, supporting animals through anxiety, recovery, and emotional wellbeing.
  • hese are not generic guided meditations. Each session begins with Jennifer tuning into your energy intuitively and channelling a meditation received in real time, specific to you and this moment. What comes through is tailored to what your mind, body, and spirit need right now, whether that is deep emotional release, clarity on a decision, nervous system regulation, or simply genuine rest. For those who are new to meditation or want to develop a personal mindfulness practice, Jennifer can also shape sessions around teaching you practical techniques to carry into your daily life, including breath awareness, body scanning, and presence practices. Sessions are available online, making them accessible wherever you are. Clients often describe the experience as unlike anything they have tried before, reaching states of relaxation and insight they had not previously been able to access on their own.
  • Conscious Connected Breathwork is one of the most direct pathways to releasing what the mind has processed but the body is still holding. Through a sustained, rhythmic breathing pattern, the practice bypasses the analytical mind and creates access to stored emotional tension, trauma, and energy that talk-based approaches often cannot reach. The result is a profound sense of release, emotional clarity, and deep nervous system reset. Because of the depth and physical nature of the experience, Jennifer offers Breathwork exclusively in person at Zen Active Therapy in Burnaby, BC, and at live group gatherings. This is intentional — the in-person container allows for the attunement, safety, and hands-on support that this work deserves.
