If you have found me, you are likely on a healing journey and looking for support and gentle guidance. My goal as a healer and counsellor is to provide you with a safe place to land, and an empathic, compassionate and non-judgmental space to grow and shift into a life that makes your HEART and SOUL sing. 

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. I have always been someone with whom people find it easy to talk. My meandering path has taken me through a variety of careers, 4 different countries, marriage, children, self-discovery, and so many emotional, spiritual, and mental challenges…and growth. I knew I had found my calling when I stepped into my first therapy session more than 25 years ago, but it took me many, many more years of life-learning and healing arts practices before finally adding therapeutic counsellor to my qualifications – and here I am! 
 
I learned countless profound truths about myself and my relationship to the world during my therapy sessions all those years ago, and two in particular have stuck with me and shaped my growth considerably.  My first deep ah-ha moment was learning (or remembering?) how our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls are in no way separate; that healing involves taking into account ALL parts of ourselves. This perspective spoke directly to my heart, and that was when I knew that I had found my therapist – and also understood my calling!

The second truth I learned was that we always, always, always have a choice; that life is in fact made up of a series of choices. I learned that some choices are easier or “smaller’ and others so much tougher or “bigger”, or even near impossible to make, and that there is choice in the very act of not making a choice. I learned that sometimes we need support in making and navigating our choices, and often in adjusting to new ways of being after making them. I learned that here are no good or bad choices – only choices – and more importantly I learned that I held this magic power in my very own hands!

For me this was earth-shattering information and it literally changed my life.

​My therapy experience, life experience, along with beginning my journey with energy healing and some very powerful books that reached right into my soul, all led to me having a special interest in supporting clients who are looking for a more holistic, non-conventional, and integrative approach that really takes into account the complexity of our human-soul experience. My aim is to always provide a healing space that matches each individual client’s unique experience of life, while paying careful attention to personal and spiritual preferences, values, practices, and needs. Here, your whole metaphysical self is welcomed.
