She spent more than a decade studying and training in various modalities including astrology, yoga, shamanic energy healing, psychology, and philosophy. Through channelled messages, her membership, and client work, she supports radical self love, a deepening alignment with True Self, and an awareness of our inherent interconnectedness with all that is.
