Divine Light Energy Healing
Divine Light energy healing is like a massage for your soul. Using sound, tuning forks, crystal essences for each chakra and bringing in Divine white light, your body and spirit releases everything it has been holding, and comes back into balance. You get to lie down and relax, and the light (and me!) does the work. The divine colours of each chakra, the light of the universe, the love of Mother Earth — a vortex pulls out everything old and stuck, flooding you with divine light and healing. You leave feeling lighter, clearer, restored.
Nervous System / Somatic activation
Ready to clear your energetic traffic jams — the ones that are actually keeping your life from changing? You might have done the mindset work or the manifestation work, but this gets right in your body, where the energy lies. First, we determine the energetic patterns happening in your body, where your energy is now and where you want it to be. We read the body first: the breath you hold when you say "I'm fine," the shoulders that rise, the voice that drops when you get close to what you actually want. That's how the pattern running your life becomes visible. Then you're given a personalized Kundalini kriya, chosen for that specific pattern, to activate the meridians in your body and clear the block. When the jam clears, the energy moves — and so do you. Your body stops defaulting to the old pattern, so you don't just feel different in the session, you respond differently in your real life. You can spend your whole life healing.
