RJ Mindful Moments

R.J. Rongcal

Known for his calm and down-to-earth teaching style, R.J. Rongcal is the founder and owner of Mindful Moments, LLC. R.J. seamlessly blends ancient Buddhist wisdom with today‚Äôs ‚Äúmindfulness movement,‚ÄĚ particularly in the tradition of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. He is passionate about empowering others to cultivate an unconditional friendship with themselves. Self-compassion, insight, and self-discovery are at the heart of what he offers. Additionally, R.J. has received meditation training in both Buddhist and secular settings, including a nine-month monastic residency at Gampo Abbey, the first Tibetan Buddhist monastery in North America. He is a student of Pema ChoŐądroŐąn.
