Yoga for Anxiety + Stress Series

This yoga series is offered once/week over 4-weeks, and now takes place in an intimate virtual space on Zoom. If you want a grounding embodied experience, these are the classes for you. Expect a very slow moving class, in a small group, with trauma informed and deeply connecting practices to help ease your nervous system. This series is offers a healing practice for anyone needing peace and serenity.

Shannon creates a safe space to explore yoga and calm the nervous system. There are various options provided throughout class depending on energy, mood or fitness level. I fully recommend this class if you experience stress or anxiety and want to improve your quality of life.

Shannon was one of the first yoga instructors I had when I began practicing nine years ago and she remains one of my favorites. Her classes challenge you to do your best while offering that inner peace and quiet calm that comes with a good work out. She offers variety, guidance, and a sense of friendship and community to all who attend. If you have practiced yoga in the past or are considering taking it up especially during these challenging times you could chose a better place to begin.
