Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools available to connect us back into our bodies, into clarity and into inner alignment. Breathwork is also an incredible tool to help us access the magic within, and expand into our Highest selves.In each breathwork session, Monica will hold a grouded space for you to access the power of your own breath, to release what wants to move, and explore how your soul is inviting you to expand.As a lifelong spiritual explorer, Monica background includes training in multiple styles of breathwork, Reiki, and meditation. She’s the founder of Head + Heart, and co-founder at The Social Agency.

1:1 Guided Breathwork Sessions
During these 90 minute one-to-one guided breathwork sessions, you'll be invited into a space that's 100% dedicated to your well being. We'll begin by setting intentions, reviewing the technique, and then move into an active breathwork practice.Breathwork is a potent tool to support us in releasing what no longer serves us. We all tend to hold a lot of stuck energy and emotions in our body, so breathwork gives us the space to release what's ready to move, and at the same time, to play with our own expanded consciousness, and receive guidance from our Highest selves.In each session, you'll receive a personalized guided meditation, along with music and hands-on facilitation.Personal sessions cost $188, and are held in person in Port Moody, BC or online. Each group session is an invitation to attune to your body and come back into inner alignment, with the support of the most powerful force available to you: your breath.
