 0–8:30 PM\nGuided by artisan potter Katie Lavelle\, participants will ha
 nd-build their own ceremonial cacao cup in a warm and intentional studio s
 etting.\nThe evening will begin with a gentle clearing ritual and intentio
 n-setting practice before moving into the creative process of shaping clay
  by hand. Participants will select their glaze colour\, and Katie will lov
 ingly finish and fire each piece before the second gathering.\nNo pottery 
 experience is needed — only a willingness to slow down\, create\, and co
 nnect.\nKatie’s work is rooted in intuition\, care\, and ceremony\, crea
 ting space for each participant to infuse their cup with personal meaning 
 and intention.\nTea and music will accompany the evening.\n\n\n\n\nEvening
  Two — Sacred Session: Sound Immersion Breathwork + Cacao Ceremony\n📍

  7:30–9:30 PM (new moon)\nParticipants will gather again in ceremony at 
 BreathWorks Studio\, where their completed handcrafted cups will be waitin
 g for them to use for the evening’s cacao ritual.\nThis immersive Sacred
  Session led by Loretta includes:\n\n\n 	ceremonial cacao\n 	somatic breat
 hwork\n 	sound immersion\n 	guided energy healing\n 	grounding reflection 
 and connection\n\nUsing the cup you created with your own hands becomes pa
 rt of the ceremony itself — transforming the cup into more than an objec
 t\, but a meaningful container for intention\, presence\, and remembrance.
 \nThis experience is designed to support nervous system restoration\, hear
 t connection\, emotional release\, and deeper communion with self and comm
