Join us for Rooted & Connected, a Fall Equinox day retreat at Namastables in Langley, BC, blending animal connection, guided meditation, Reiki, mindful movement, and creativity. Held the day after the Harvest Full Moon, at the start of the Fall Equinox. We will let go of what we no longer need to carry.
