 ive\nSet within the beautiful sanctuary of River Haven Farm\, a stunning F
 rench Country equestrian estate in Pitt Meadows\, Horses &amp\; Harmony 
 is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnec
 t with yourself through rest\, presence\, nature and meaningful community.
 \n\nThis immersive evening brings together the peaceful presence of horses
 \, therapeutic sound\, Reiki and gentle guided practices designed to help 
 you settle your nervous system\, quiet the mind and return to a deeper sen
 se of ease.\n\nWhether you’re feeling overwhelmed\, stretched thin\, mov
 ing through a time of transition or simply longing for a nourishing evenin
 g away from the demands of daily life\, this experience offers space to sl
 ow down\, exhale and receive.\n\nYou’ll be welcomed into a warm\, intima
 te setting where there’s nothing to achieve and nowhere else you need to
  be. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held by the beauty of
  the land\, the horses\, the sound and the community gathered around you.\
 nWhat the Evening Includes:\nArrival\, Connection &amp\; Intention Setting
 \nBegin the evening by settling into the peaceful atmosphere of River Have
 n Farm and gently arriving into community.\n\nYou’ll have the opportunit
 y to meet and interact with the horses\, enjoy light refreshments\, and be
  guided through intention setting\, reflection\, and optional sharing as w
 e explore the connection between horses\, sound\, presence\, and emotional
  wellbeing.\nImmersive Sound Bath &amp\; Reiki Inside the Stable\nRelax in
 to a deeply restorative sound experience immersed in the calming presence 
 of therapy horses within the sanctuary of the stable space.\n\nThroughout 
 the sound bath\, each participant will receive individualized Reiki and vi
 brational support designed to encourage grounding\, relaxation\, and nervo
 us system restoration.\nSunset Fire Circle &amp\; Integration\nWe’ll clo
 se the evening gathered outdoors for quiet reflection\, connection\, and i
 ntegration around the fire (depending of current regulations) as the sun s
 ets over the property.\nWhat to Bring\n\n 	A gravity chair\, camping chair
 \, recliner or other comfortable chair you can fully relax into during the
  sound bath (we highly recomment a gravity chair)\n 	A blanket and warm la
 yers\, as evenings on the farm can become cool\n 	Closed-toe shoes (requir
 ed)\n 	Water bottle\n 	A journal and pen for reflection and intention sett
 ing\n 	Optional: small pillow or eye mask for additional comfort\n\nImport
 ant Notes\n\n 	No previous experience with sound healing\, Reiki\, or hors
 es is necessary\n 	This experience includes gentle interaction with therap
 y horses within the stable environment\n 	Optional sharing and participati
