This unique Golf + Wellness Retreat with Evolve Retreats and Dr. Rashmeen Nirmal is designed to explore the powerful connection between golf, mindfulness, movement, and nervous system regulation. Set on the lush landscapes of Bowen Island, this intimate retreat blends intentional yoga practices, sport psychology, group golf, nourishing meals, and meaningful community into a weekend rooted in presence, performance, and personal growth.
Created for both experienced golfers and beginners alike, the retreat invites guests to explore the shared foundations between yoga and golf: focus, awareness, breath, regulation, patience, and flow. Through thoughtfully guided practices and workshops, guests will have the opportunity to deepen not only their golf game, but also their relationship with themselves and the way they move through challenge both on and off the course.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll move between rounds of golf, yoga, Pilates, restorative practices, group connection, and spacious moments to slow down and recharge. Surrounded by forest, ocean air, and the grounding energy of nature, this experience is designed to leave guests feeling inspired, connected, restored, and more deeply in tune with themselves.
