 re?\n\nLet's "Gather For Good" and practice some nervous system regulation
 ! Join us for a conscious\, connected group Breathwork session -- let’s 
 breathe together\, while giving back to those who need a loving helping ha
 nd!\n\nAll proceeds of this breathwork event will be donated to the Tri-Ci
 ties Mom’s Group (TCMG) to  ease the challenges of those who need a lov
 ing hand.\n\nAbout TCMG:\n\nThe Tri Cities Mom’s Group is a vibrant onli
 ne community where more than 16\,000 local moms connect\, build meaningful
  friendships\, and support one another through the joys and challenges of 
 motherhood.\n\nPowered by a passionate team of volunteers\, the group fund
 raises year-round with one core mission: supporting local families in need
 . Each year\, TCMG provides hundreds of food hampers to families experienc
 ing food insecurity\, while also helping with essentials such as clothing\
 , school supplies\, diapers\, formula\, holiday support\, Christmas hamper
 s\, and more.\n\nAt its heart\, TCMG is about community — moms helping m
 oms\, neighbours supporting neighbours\, and ensuring local families feel
