Six weeks. Five elements. A fire to come home to. A six-week live online journey through water, earth, fire, air and ether, practicing somatic dance, simple rituals and connection to nature to help you return to your creative fire.
Begins Sunday, January 10th.
Maybe you’ve spent years pouring your energy into work, family and the people who need you, while the creative spark that once lit you up has slipped further down the list. Perhaps you find yourself going through the motions, tired in a way that rest alone doesn’t seem to fix, and missing the version of you who used to feel inspired.
You may have already tried journaling, meditation or yoga. They’ve helped you cope, and still something deeper is asking for attention.
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not broken, and you’re not alone. You’re simply ready for a practice that meets you in your body, follows the rhythms of nature, and gives your ember the breath it needs.
Maybe you’ve heard of somatic dance, altar practices or working with the elements, but you’ve never had the chance to feel their impact. Or perhaps you joined my Waking the Ember workshop and felt your spark begin to catch again through embodied movement, sacred practices and connection with nature.
Elemental Pathways is where we go deeper. In this six-week live online program, you’ll move through each of the five elements and learn my Sacred Repatterning Practice, so you can tend your ember and reclaim your inner fire.
Each week we gather live to move, breathe, dance and reflect, and you’ll take home simple rituals and practices that fit into real life. No dance experience or spiritual background is needed, only a willingness to listen to your body.
The Sacred Repatterning Practice is how we thaw what has frozen. Born from my own journey back to my creative fire and years of working with clients, it gently loosens the old movement habits, stagnant routines and inner voices that keep you feeling flat or stuck.
Each practice moves through five simple steps:
Science-informed somatic and functional movement invites your body to release what it has been quietly holding, while just the right amount of ritual reconnects you with the supportive, vibrant unseen world around you. Returned to again and again, these small rituals help new patterns take root, so your fire has room to burn.
