 in Aldergrove.\nWe’ll gather in a breathwork circle alongside two to thr
 ee horses\, creating a unique space to slow down\, reconnect with your bod
 y and come back to yourself. The horses will be present within the circle\
 , offering their calm\, grounding energy and naturally responding to what 
 unfolds in the space.\nUsing conscious connected breathwork I’ll guide y
 ou through a gentle yet powerful practice that can help quiet the busy min
 d\, deepen your connection to your body\, support nervous system regulatio
 n and create space to release held tension and emotion.\nThere is somethin
 g incredibly special about experiencing breathwork outdoors surrounded by 
 nature and the grounding presence of horses. No previous breathwork or hor
