In this class, I’ll share the mantra that we’ll want to hold, which is to say the vibration we’ll want to become more intimate with, throughout the month.

This is a space of rhythmic devotion, breath awareness, and just enough discipline to enliven the transformative process.

We bring prayers alive through our bodies and voices and return to a beautiful heart-body-mind coherence as we ourselves become The Altar.
