The barrage of information and stimulus that our bodies are subjected to in modern life can take their toll on our physical, emotional and spiritual health. The practice of yoga nidra offers an effective and sweet way to bring more kindness to our nervous systems while tapping into our bodies innate, but often underutilized, capacity to self-heal and restore. Through a process of supported and guided relaxation we’ll release accumulated tension. In doing so, we’ll cultivate the state of Yoga Nidra, a state of consciousness that both activates our body’s natural healing capacities and allows us direct access to our creative and compassion-filled inner wisdom.

Tuition Note: Single class drop-in rate is $16. Class price comes down when purchasing an unfold class pass or membership.
About Ashley Dahl, MSW, CMT-P, Founder of OpenSpace Mindfulness
A champion of compassionate self-awareness, Ashley possesses a keen ability to infuse mindfulness into daily life and relationships. She brings humor and a presence of calm thoughtfulness as she blends the teachings of wisdom traditions and science with modern culture. Ashley earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington.She has been practicing meditation in the vipassana (insight) tradition for over 15 years. Ashley is an accredited Mindfulness Teacher through the Mindfulness Training Institute and certified through International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
