The barrage of information and stimulus that our bodies are subjected to in modern life can take their toll on our physical, emotional and spiritual health. The practice of Yoga Nidra offers an effective and sweet way to bring more kindness to our nervous systems while tapping into our bodies innate, but often underutilized, capacity to self-heal and restore. Through a process of supported and guided relaxation we’ll release accumulated tension. In doing so, we’ll cultivate the state of Yoga Nidra, a state of consciousness that both activates our body’s natural healing capacities and allows us direct access to our creative and compassion-filled inner wisdom.

These classes are led by Ashley Dahl, MSW, CMT-P of OpenSpace Mindfulness. All levels, all bodies welcome.
