Sagrada Wellness offers a very popular Yoga and Hiking retreat in Central Coast California with Aaron Ogden.

This retreat is a nurturing blend of Yin Yoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga-influenced vinyasa, gentle Hatha and Pranayama. Begin each day hiking on one of our nearby picturesque trails. These guided hikes will explore some of the best unspoiled scenery in all of California. In the late afternoon enjoy the yoga class followed by restorative yoga postures that will leave you feeling grounded and at peace. As we embark on our inward journey of renewal, guests feel a deeper sense of connectedness to oneself and the beautiful nature that surrounds the Sagrada Wellness retreat sanctuary.

Relax in our reflection garden, by the healing saline pool, treat yourself to acupuncture or bask in the warm hot tub.

Aaron teaches Union of breath and body through a meditative class based on the many systems of Yoga; he is most inspired by using Yoga as a vehicle for social change through personal growth and Self-discovery. Aaron uses clear and articulate language to help any student find a deeper awareness of the body and mind through the art of breathing and movement. Classes are descriptive, engaging, and focus on intention of breath; fun styles range from Yin Yoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga-influenced vinyasa, gentle Hatha and Pranayama.
