This 6-week series with Carol Grimes is designed to restore the health of your joints, increase your range of motion/flexibility, and relieve joint and muscular stiffness and inflammation. Mind/body/breath coordination and massage techniques will help to clear subtle body blockages and increase blood flow and circulation.
In this 6-week series, you will:
• Begin with gentle, relaxing warm-up exercises
• Practice a set series of anti-rheumatic joint-release poses
• Learn massage techniques & joint strengthening exercises
Carol Grimes is a yoga teacher specializing in therapeutic yoga and pain relief.
