Winter Bliss: Women’s Mindfulness Retreat

Dive deep into mindfulness practices, cultivate inner peace, and embrace the beauty of being present. Nurture your mind, body, and spirit, and emerge with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and resilience.

You’ll participate in guided breathwork, mindfulness meditations, yoga, nature walks, journaling, silent introspection, and creative expressions activities.

You will learn practical techniques to develop a deeper awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. No prior experience of meditation or yoga is required. Retreats are open to all women above 18 years.

You’ll enjoy homemade, nutritious vegetarian meals prepared with as many local and organic ingredients possible. Meals include dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Friday and Saturday; assorted teas and snacks.

We will accommodate your dietary restrictions, such as vegan, gluten-free, and lactose free. Please contact us before booking if you have life-threatening allergies.
