Join us for a virtual meditation circle. Find some peace and pause in your day.
Build connection to mindfulness practices and each other.
For me, I’ve shifted my mindset to look forward to meditation as a way to start my day off right, or for a well-needed pause in the middle of my workday, or a way to fall into deep sleep (or all of the above for those more challenging days).
So, I hope to I encourage you to commit some time to yourself, multiple options available:
LIVE drop in meditation (to infuse some mindfulness in your day) – FREE
Recorded mediation (to carry the practice with you) – By Request
We meet for:
- Weekly via Zoom for LIVE meditations
- Thursday 12-12:30pm PST
Please register at least 15 in advance to recieve zoom link for LIVE mediations.
Open to all experience level, beginners welcome!

About the organizer:
KC Kent, PhD, RMT, RYT is the owner and founder of Apothecary of Light. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years and recognizes that mindfulness is a lifelong practice. With a background in genetics and biomedical research, she is fascinated by the science behind these techniques. She is trained in traditional Hatha yoga, Reiki-based intuitive healing, guided meditations, Yoga Nidra, and Neurolinguistic Programming with Hypnosis. She also completed training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
