How to Experience This
1.) Create a comfortable nest.
You can lay down on your bed! Or, a yoga mat or mattress. Place a pillow beneath your head, or one underneath you knees.
2.) Set the space
Light a candle, burn some incense. Drink some calming tea beforehand. Whatever lets your body know that it’s time to relax.
3.) Connect to really good speakers, or great headphones. We don’t recommend using airplay.
4.) Turn notifications off; let roommates and family members know you’ll be on a journey.
