We live in a culture that is age-phobic, particularly for women. This six month series is intended for women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who want to redefine the narrative and navigate mid-life in a conscious and empowered way. It’s for women who want to share with other women about what they are experiencing – as their bodies change, as responsibilities and demands grow, as relationships ebb and flow, and as they come up against negative cultural beliefs and programming. This is for those who are ready and willing to examine their limiting beliefs and inner narratives and who want to embrace the potency, power and beauty of their mature feminine.
Each session journey will include time for intimate connection, sharing and personal inquiry followed by breathwork for integration. Homework and inner reflection work will also be included for the time in between sessions.

About the facilitator: Christina Niven
Christina is passionate about living life authentically, consciously and with integrity. She guides and supports her clients to discover what is most true for them, and what makes their spirits shine, hearts sing and bodies hum.
She weaves together 25+ years of experience on the spiritual and personal growth paths which include in-depth study and practice in shamanic medicine, yoga and breathwork. She is a certified breath worker and C-IAYT yoga therapist with a comprehensive understanding of the body, the nervous system and rehabilitative practices to restore wholeness.

Through this, Christina has cultivated compassion, tenderness and support for herself and also for others which then serves to cultivate more self-love, self-care and self-acceptance.
Her deepest passion is soul medicine where we come to remember and feel the deepest and most magnificent parts of who we are.
