Looking to deepen your practice and start the week ahead restored? Arrive to the farm at 8:30a, enjoy a cup of tea, and settle into the studio. Practice starts at 9:00a with lunch following at 12:00p—kitchari and dessert are always on the menu! You are welcome to stay at the farm until mid-afternoon—eat, digest, connect with fellow sangha members, nap by the fire, wander along the stream, take refuge in the land. Family members are invited to enjoy the farm while you practice and then join us for lunch.
Please register at the included link—your offering is all-inclusive and based on a sliding scale from $20 to $45.
All practices are ALL LEVELS and weave together the yoga dharma with meditation, SATYA, and asana. Please bring your yoga mat (if you have one), writing materials (notebook, pens), water bottle or thermos, comfortable shoes, and raincoat (sometimes we explore walking meditation outside).
If you have any injuries or questions, please email Tess directly. Tess frequently uses yoga chairs to provide support as well as inspire and challenge.
If you are on your moon, you are encouraged to practice—Tess will nourish your practice with modifications that honor apana vayu.
