Join Christine, a certified breathwork facilitator, for a breathwork journey in the comfort of your own home. Breathwork is a style of meditation where you bring your attention and awareness to your breath and consciously breathe. These breathwork journeys are 30 minutes and are accompanied by music. The style of breathwork for these sessions is a conscious connected breath through the mouth.
Breathwork is an opportunity to go within, connect with yourself, in a space of non-judgement, acceptance and understanding. Move through personal limitations, challenging emotions and hurtful experiences. Find stability, grounding and acceptance within yourself. Connect with your body, heart and soul and live from this place. Realize your power within.

About Christine
I breathe to return home, to nourish myself, become more intimate with myself, to let go, to be in the present, to feel and to heal. I am a certified facilitator and am based in Vancouver and on Salt Spring Island, Canada. I hold a small online gathering every Sunday at 10:30am for people to come together and experience the power of breath. I would love for you to join!
