Join Sara Auster for a deeply immersive experience of sound and aromatherapy at the Abbot Kinney Saje store in Venice on Wednesday, February 20th.
Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body. A Saje Wellness custom scent blend for the season will be diffused throughout the space.
Please note – doors will open at 6:45pm and we will begin promptly at 7:15pm
Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (mats will be provided).

Using a holistic approach to well-being with the transformative power of music and sound, her carefully crafted experiences allow sound to be used as a tool to access meditative states, support self-inquiry, cultivate deep relaxation, and inspire meaningful connection and change.
Sara’s work in making meditation and sound baths accessible to all, has gained her recognition as a leading voice in the wellness movement. She has been invited to speak about mindfulness and sound for companies such as Google, Microsoft and American Express. Sara has also facilitated sound baths at public schools, shelters, correctional facilities and hospitals as well as iconic locations including Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden and MoMA. Her work has been featured in several global media outlets including: The New York Times, Time Magazine, Vice, Quartz, Billboard Magazine and was named a top meditation teacher by O Magazine in 2016.
