This Fall, join Roe for Restorative Relaxation. This 2 hour, bi-monthly workshop will offer you the space to pause, reflect upon, and integrate your experiences month to month. We will cultivate spaciousness in which we will greet ourselves exactly as we are with loving-kindness and compassion. Restorative yoga is a practice of supported, intentional stillness and gentle expansion. This relaxation emphasizes the natural wisdom of our bodies, nourishes our parasympathetic nervous system, and makes space for deliberate rest.
Committing to stillness teaches us patience, observance, and the significance of our presence. You can expect to leave these experiences with ease where stiffness, anxiety, and tension once were. With the support of blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters, this workshop is suited for all practitioners.
